The Road Angel Navigator 9000 was a GPS device which would inform the driver of any listed black spot areas, current speed limits, school zones, and road works. You paid a monthly subscription fee and an huge up front fee of $995 to enjoy this luxury, but was still left without any GPS direction system.

The Road Angel is now quite outdated and has been superseded by many new and more technological GPS devices, with more features, and a much lower price point, which don’t require a monthly subscription fee.
